General Notary is meeting with Clients to notarize documents that are not related to real estate transactions. This includes everything from powers of attorney, trust documents, healthcare-related documents, auto title transfers and many more.

Jurats, Oathes & Affirmations starting at $2.50 per page
Jurats, oathes and affirmations are solemn promises of truthfulness made by a Signer, Witness, or New Office-Holder. An oath is a promise to a deity. An affirmation is a pledge on one's personal honor. A jurat is also known in some states as a “verification upon oath or affirmation” — and is for a signer to swear to or affirm the truthfulness of the contents of a document to a Notary or notarial officer. All three are legally binding promises to tell the truth and subject the Oath-taker or Affirmant to penalties for perjury.

My travel fees are based on mileage. If you are located within 15 miles of my location, fees are lowest. Further distances will incur more fees.
